About Us

Creative Tools are an independant retailer located in the heart of the Essex countyside. We only offer our customers products that we have tried and tested ourselves. Our operation is based on the philosophy that if we wouldn't use it ourselves, then we wouldn't sell it to others.

Over the last 15 years we have constantly been involved mainly in music, either with bands or recording and producing bands, this experience has proved invaluble when selecting products that we would be prepared to sell to others.

In order to improve customer service we have opted to run our sales operation on an appointment basis. You can buy online, but for that extra special item you are welcome to book an appointment with us for a demonstration. You can come down to our countryside location, have a coffee, chat and try out the gear stress free. You can even bring your own set-up to try it out. As you will be the only customer here, our staff wont be distracted by loads of kids fondling the stock, or by five other people trying gear out at the same time!

Feel free to call, or email us if you have any questions about anything you might see on this website. Emails will always be answered within 24 hours, and let us know what you are up to, we love to hear about what different projects people are involved in.
